“CODE128”：Detailed settings of Code 128 for the Multiline code

1. Select “CODE128” at SET MULTI-LINE menu and then press the

ENT key.

SET MULTI-LINE [CODE128] screen displays.

“1：1ST CHARACTER”：

“2：2ND CHARACTER”：

Allocate “?，0～9” to the first and second characters of Code 128.

If “0～9” is allocated at the menu, limitation can be set to read only when

allocated characters matchs to the characters of Code128. It can read

umlimitedly when “?” is allocated.

“3：MIN”：

Set minimum number of digits of Code 128.

Setting range： 1～99

“4：MAX”：

Set maximum number of digits of Code 93.

Setting range： 1～99

━ Point ━ Set the value of minimum number of digits to less than that of maximum number of digits.

If the value of minimum number of digits is larger than that of maximum number of digits,

error occurs when reading.

2. Use the cursor keys ([▲] [▼]) or numerical keys ([1] [2] [3] [4]) to select the item to be set.

3. Use the cursor keys ([◄] [►]) to select settings value.

4. Press the ENT key or BS/C key for the settings value to be valid and then return to the SET

MULTI-LINE screen.
