7.2.2 Data conversion mode

If the scanner reads a barcode specified by the “Code type” in this mode, it searches the data read for the

specified string (max. 16 ASCII characters), substitutes it with the specified conversion string (max. 16 ASCII

characters), and outputs it in the data transmission format selected in the scanner (see Chapter 9, Section 9.4).
